chamois mop or blade and chamios

I have fished in several different areas and have noticed that some mates use chamois mops when drying and in other areas they only use a blade and hand chamois. Here in Morehead City I do not see anyone using the mop and I have wondered why. What is your choice for drying a boat and why?

I like the mop on pretty much everything besides overhead surfaces that I can reach easily with the blade (underneath hardtop, underneath bridge overhang, etc.). The blade is also nice for easy to reach things such as the tackle center, mezzanine seating, etc. I always use the mop on an enclosure because I feel that it is much better for the wellbeing of the material. The mop does not remove wax like a blade will.

I like the mop and blade, but for hitting areas like the bridge, brow, tow rail, enclosure, etc., the only way to go is the mop...

I'm a blade then chamois guy myself. On easy to reach flat surfaces, I think the blade does a better job in a shorter period of time. Then I follow up in the non-flat areas such as the ladder, rails, etc with the chamois.
