Caterpillar 3196 and C12 Lawsuit Update - August 04, 2008

For those that continue to follow the Caterpillar class-action, I have updated my website to include two recently released expert witness reports that provide some interesting insight. Also included is a copy of a 2001 Caterpillar video conference between Cat and its dealers detailing the aftercooler problem. Links to the reports are available on the site.
Despite staggering legal expense and thousands of hours of personal time vested in the lawsuit, class representative Jim Jaikins continues to press forward in his desire to reach an equitable resolution.
