    Post CAROLINA STYLE BOAT PLANS!!!!!!!!

    A buddy of mine is looking for some plans, for an express style boat,around 35 / 40ft timber frame, plywood, fiberglass........
    Can anyone point me in the right direction, he is willing to buy them, if it fits the bill.

    Contact Applied Conceprs In Florida, Steve French. They can design what ever you want. The blue prints are very easy to understand. They give you plumbing print, electrical everything.

    Looking for some "Stock plans" having a design company do it from scratch would work out too pricey.
    Did look at the website and they do nice stuff.

    Have found one company Sintes fiberglass designs which is a good start, wondering if anyone knows this company & its products or any other companys like it.

    Its going to be hard to find plans for a traditional plank and frame boat. Because the old timers that still build these boats, all the plans are in their heads. They are the engineers. Good luck searching.

    There was a guy on here selling plans and jigs for a 32' boat a while back, I believe he had some others, here is the link maybe this will help.

    Sintes designs alot more than just laytons i am currently building one of his 45footers. very knowlegable not to mention an all around nice guy, he designed alot of boats here on the bay Evans , Carmans and a bunch more give him a shout
