    I just got my copy in the mail, and am very impressed with everything about the book. the quality of the Photos, the storys , just what a sportfish junky needs
    now I have to figure out how to put it down and get back to work!,, check it out when you can

    Thats a great book with lots of good interesting history. I have bought 3 copies and gave two to friends. I leave mine on the table in the living room.

    I'm waiting on my copy, but if your a reader try Hatteras Blues too, I read it last month and its awesome too, losts of history on the outer banks, no so much on the boat builders, but a lot about the fishing heritage and the albatross fleet that started it all so the book claims.

    very cool , many years ago wooden boat mag or one like it did a great story about the boats of the outerbanks

    I got mine direct from the Carolina flare web site , its a great coffee table quality book great pictures , printing it a great work of art.

    Definitely a book I would love to check out. Is there a possibility someone who owns the book would mind snapping a few shots of the book? It is something I would love to check out but isnt on the priorities list yet.

    gotta agree with brokensheer,go to "carolina flare" webpage,i think you'll be able to get a copy from them, I got mine over two years ago,havent managed to wear the pages out yet! had my copy signed and met one of the authors at Sonny Brigg's shop one day,good read and well worth the price!!!!
