Ace nice project you got there.

I have built more than a few carolina boats. Right now my main project is stretching a 233 formula into a 25 ft sea vee like you just sold. Thats where sea vees came from. I am also adding a raised carolina flair to the front 2/3rds approx. Oh and a twin engine fiberglass flotation bracket. When you get farther along let me know and I will build you a fiberglass bracket cheaper and you can glass and fair it in for a total custom job if you want? My finished boat will look much nicer than a 28 buddy davis with close to the same bottom, only better.

Now 1st question...How does the transom degree affect the way the boat planes or runs out? Not sure what degree it is now but it was changed from the original setup as an outboard. How do I measure the degree of the transom?
Gorgeous lines. A lot of work ahead, but you will have something to make you proud.
