Everyone in Cape May knows me for that reason alone. Even **** Weber knows who i am. They do good work, and have a lot of good people there but, wrigley is a strange one to do business with sometimes. Its his way or the highway. Only hes a punk and a bully in real life. They took me to court in Cape May Courthouse. It was Mike Weber, Dave Wrigley, and a goofy looking lawyer. They tried everything to get me to settle the case with them. Arbitration lawyers had me in another room telling me to settle this or i would lose. We went to trial that afternoon. It took about one hour. I won the entire case. the judges comments at the end were comparing what they did to a roofer going up on a persons house, ripping off shingles and saying your roof leaks. Wrigley was so mad he slammed the court room door open in such a manner i thought the judge was going to order him back in the court room. If you are from Cape May and you never heard of this case, you arent around much. Dont think they didnt brag going into trial, and dont think i didnt boast coming out of trial. [ My boat isnt called HUBRIS for nothing] I knew it would come to that someday and saved every bit of paper trail and evidence for that day. then i waited for them to come and sue me. cant be too anxious when fighting a good fight. If you have the facts on your side dont be afraid to stand up to wrigley. he only has two speeds........forward and stop. good luck.

I BOUGHT MY BOAT THERE ,THEY REPOWERED IT + DI MOST OF MY SERVICE - WHEN EVER I HAD A PROBLEM THEY TOOK CARE OF IT PROMPTLY BUT AT THE SAME TIME I,VE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES LIKE CLAMPS NOT PUT ON EXHAUST WHICH SUNK MY GEN SET, A COMPLETE ENGINE ALIGNMENT WHERE ENGINE MOUNT BOLTS WERE NEVER TIGHTENED + GENERALLY PAYING FAR MORE THAN COMPETETION DUE TO JOBS APPARENTLY USING FAR MORE MAN HOURS THAN COMPETEITORS , WHICH MEANS US CUSTOMERS PAY FOR SLOW HELP ! SO I QUESS IT'S TIME TO MOVE ON TO MAYBE SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS EVERY CUSTOMER IS NOT A MILLIONAIRE NEW VIKING OR CABO BUYER ! MAYBE THEY'LL START TO GET THE MESSAGE IN THIS WONDERFULL ECONOMEY !!!!!

never will they get it. they dont care. too many in captive audience. another thing that always amazed me there. guys that in life and business, rich as many are, seem scared to death when it comes to that place. i mean in real life they act like tyrants with their business' they go there and listen to everything wrigley says, right or wrong. they are actually afraid of him. now dont get me entirely wrong, they have a lot of good people there, and even wrigley himself is skilled at what he does. and weber is no dummy......never said he was, but they will get a.. deep into something that the only way out seems to be you paying the bill. in my business, i never buy a problem, they sometimes do, mostly time management problems if you ask me. and it becomes your problem. now they regret doing your job and they spin it around on you. but hey, if it was easy your wife would do it. oh tim, another good one.LOL!
