I use a green machine
I second the Bosch above. It does all you want and more. I actually just used it today. It was voted best sander in it's class. Cost about $70 or so.

As a contractor i use sanders alot,i bought the Bosch last year for a final sand on cabinets we built,i stashed it in the van figuring never to use it again..too small..my Milwaukee broke and i couldn't find the porter cable so i used the bosch..gotta tell ya..that dam thing outperformed the others ten fold..for its small size it kicks butt..i 3rd the recommendation.
