Maybe a couple feet of 3/8" fuel hose for your outboard with some brass menders and some clamps. I had a primer bulb fail on me that knocked out one of my engines one day.
Will
Don't forget a flashlight and spare batteries. I bought a Plano box with gasketed lid for the tools. Every tool was sprayed with corrosion block to keep from rusting.
I also bought a Food Saver and probably will vacuum pack whatever stuff I don't plan on using out there.
In fact, a good idea is to vacuum pack a spare set of "universal" clothes (that could basically fit most people LOL)! For the occasional "oops" or simply if you get soaked LOL.
You make this up your self by going to any hardware store and buying one of every size DOUBLE END BARB CONNECTORS (1/8" on up) they have in brass and nylon. Should cost you about $20. Then throw in some assorted cable ties and hose clamps.
You should be able to fix every sort of hose leak you have, from steering to fuel etc.
1. Find the leak 2. cut the hose in half on the hole 3. Insert the connector and clamp 4. Go fishing instead of going home
I have one of those new type of flashlights that are LED. You just turn the handle a few times and it will be a bright light for along time. Works great. Never need to worry about batteries, since it doesn't have any. It was under twenty bucks. We have all needed flashlights only to find the batteries are dead
