I am sure you are not putting down Gradys. Hardcore Fishermen are the guys who go out in dangerous slop, and Gradys are popular among them. Spent plenty of time in a 22 offshore. Good boats.

I'm so glad to find out that I'm an automatic jerkoff because of the boat I'm in. I guess I've just got to take it...

it sounds to me that jawz doesn't like gradys. it doesn't sound like he is putting anybody down who owns a grady. just trying to say be careful

that's correct,i'm certainly no fan of grady's-in my pro opinion, one of the worst built boats on the market today.

"no boat is immune to the sea",i guess that gentleman forgot to read that...lot's of boats sink this time of year, owner's put themselves in really bad positions trying to catch a striper, not really sure why ?? a few years ago,a 26 mako, charter boat,it almost flipped in the rips,3 people were knocked outta the boat...moral of the story is,be carefull...

Right on... For whatever reason, it just struck me a little funny last night. I actually think highly of Jawz, and in lieu of deleting what I wrote last night, I'd rather acknowledge that I jumped the gun a bit.

the boat was a 22 grady...
here's another one that's reported wrong...

CG rescues 5 off of Cape May

drifter is a stamas,it's a cape may based boat...this happened yesterday afternoon...

see,it's not just grady's that sink...

you guys gotta check and recheck everything on the boat...if something looks questionable, replace it...and for christ sake, get a high bilge water alarm !! it will alert you of a problem, long before it becomes an emergency...
