marlinazul, enlighten me and other members of Sportfishermen.com why you post this remark concerning Blackwell Boats

Maybe that will bring him back out with an explanation for his comment.

Interesting comment on the crackwell. I like Blackwell boats...great lines and they seem to raise fish....but they aren't the best riding Carolina boats out there by any stretch, maybe that was the basis of his comment.

again, I have fished on the Triple A. she is based out of pirates cove and owned by a gentleman from my hometown. it rides REALLY nice. he has had no issues. it was pretty rough one time and we were cruising in the mid 30s. dry and soft.

I would be interested in the names of the problematic vessels? they are small production and all named.

At one point I was interested in Carolina custom boats. I asked my broker about the Blackwells and he flat out told me he wouldn't sell me one, as a friend.

I've never ridden one, but I have been told by many reputable sources, including many captains, that they are not good, let alone great, boats.

My comment served it's purpose, didn't it? Glad you got to fish.....
Oh and by the way....
Selling electrical supplies has bought me a couple of pretty nice boats. Not a bad way to earn a living.

Don't pay any mind to this kid---- this is the same child that claims a DD 6-71 is a terrible engine and does not last (the most popular diesel engine ever built in history).

I am looking to get into a new boat, when my current boat sells. I have a reasoanable budget, but can't decide on a rig. Hey I have an idea Let's ask the 19 year old for some advice. LOLs.
