Best way to clean up boat curtains?

I remember reading a tip somewhere on how to restore boat curtains from the cloudy haze that forms if they're not cleaned regularly. Can someone remind me a way to do this?

Thanks

Novus 1 and 2 ......but in reverse order #2 buffs out the small scratches and fills them in. #1 cleans and shines off the #2.
#1 for maint works great. God help you if you need #3. I would suggest new curtains by then.
