Best small center console??

I'm looking for a gently used or ? new~18-19ft center console to use near shore and on the lake. What are some of your opinions on best boats for the money? I have looked at Carolina Skiff DLV series (semi V hull) and the Maycraft 18ft -19ft. Thank you for your opinion.

I really like the layout of our 19ft MayCraft. It's had many a fish put in her and handled some "sporty" conditions.

end of story. on the 20, raise the deck so scupepra are above water and can hang a 4s, close the transom, put glass bracket on. most copied hull out there. for a reason.

X2...I have a 77 20sf and it is a bad little boat. I would not consider another small center console.

dude you are nuts. he said a small center console, not a big one. and that 28 mako is not even close to the best center console out there even in its size range. I'd venture to put it very close to, if not at the bottom.
