I'm curious as to which activator you guys use. Is there a "faster cure" activator that would help from getting dirt and such while it's drying?

I've never sprayed it, but I have brushed and rolled it. I've always used 25% activator and 10% thinner. I think it needs to be thinned out even more when spraying.

i thinned it 20% when i rolled it and 4 coats i plan on 25% when i spray it and do 5 coats but im going with awlcraft 2000 this time as recommended by some so at this point i dont know the activator number for spray.but i do know it will be done at least 65 degrees out and midday and only 2 coats a day and thin

Your material mix will be 2:1:3/4-1 by volume or in other words 2qts. color, 1qt. G3010 converter then thin 25-33% with T0003 standard temp reducer. If your temps are barely the 65 degrees you could use T0001 fast. Pro Cure Accelerator x-98 can be used sparingly (1 oz. to 2 mixed gals. not reduced) to increase dry times.

Why five coats and only two a day, bugs, dirt? Any surface thats cures beyond 24 hours should be sanded before recoat. Have a game plan for your route around the boat, start, finish line, watch your fan overlap (50%) which gets tricky in coumpound curve areas.

The finish prep of your surface to be painted will be very important in appearance of paint film. This is key as any imperfections will be visible and have seen many well shot paint jobs flawed by poor substrate work.

As for air pressure, play on a test panel between 50-60psi with fan pattern close to wide open. With your choice of color probably would look to shoot three coats and be done. First one being a light tack, second medium wet, third full wet coat. Flash times between 30 - 45 mins depending on conditions.
