Is it an older boat?

If so it could be the boat now known as the Scopinish 40. They bought the molds when Atlantic went under. Back in the 90's

The boat is a mid 90's, and I cannot find anything on this boat. Thanks for the input.

It sure sounds like the Atlantic, they were built in Palatka, Florida back then, perhaps Tabasco if he's reading can shed some light he lives in North Florida.

I'll ask around down here and see If anyone has or had one.

Al you're right about the 34' atlantic express ---now Scopinich but i think thats who drew it up in the first place for atlantic. But for some reason I remember a real wide beam sportfisherman built by them but only a few. Will have to try to research it. It had some crazy like 16' beam if my memory is right.
