Aqua Socks???

Just wanted to know if anyone has used these for getting some water out of their fuel tanks??? www.aquasocks.net

I just bought the 28oz. one and wanted any Pros or Cons before I dip this thing in the tank??

I never used it but it does look interesting. I would worry about the powder that turns water to gel getting out of sock and into tank.
I find pulling the sender and using hand pump with hose to bottom of tank should get water to manageable amount to treat also
