I'm guessing your talking about an anodized aluminum t top ,you can use 3M microfinish to remove some hazing but don't expect it to look new ,as for as scratches ,leave them alone ,they go thru the anodize coating ,all you would do is make them look worse,keep using the woodys ,I am in the marine aluminum business ,and we have seen people try to "buff" out scratches and they just removed the coating and it stands out worse than the scratch,as far as reanodizing ,it would not be cost effective ,it would be better to have a new top built , Unless it looks really awful I would polish it with the microfinish hit it with the woodys and go fishing,Hope this helps
