    It is Alive

    Deep C lit off and ran today for the first time in a long time. Dropped in new battery cables cracked some injectors to ease up compression. Put the breaker bar on them for a few turn and they lit like they never sat. Steering a bit spongy and new seals ordered.

    Took her for a buzz around the block today... Splashed her only to have water pouring in through the one shaft seal but a quick "burp" fixed that. Extra high tide leaving had me drop the antennas and stuff to get under the bridges. Steering up top still spongy but below was tight. Smoked more than usual for longer than usual getting up but hey she ran. Hoped to capture something while checking stuff out but came up short in that department. Usually when this mullet run gets really cooking things slow down offshore so I won't worry about that.
    She's got something electrical wrong on the one side that I'm just gonna have to track down and fix. Other than that good to have her grumblin again...

    Naaahhh... I may wind up keeping her... Could put her down at my place in the keys so I'd wind up using em both more than I do... Might give her a home in the islands so I have something to use when I'm over there... Who knows???
