My experience on a 24 cc was that it has a very good ride, although somewhat wet. Clean wake for bluewater trolling, with no outboards on the transom.
A very seaworthy offshore-capable boat. If you're comfortable with a single engine offshore, this boat is a good one.

24 Albie
I have been running a 96' with 2001 5.7 Gsi for about 4 years and would agree with everything stated so far. the Gsi is fuel injected and I can run 60 miles out and back plus days worth of trolling on just over 60 gallons of gas, so it is very good on fuel. Fish storage sucks for tunas unless you use canyon bags. I had scupper problems when I got mine and replaced with new factory replacement ones and it made a big difference to water coming in the scuppers which is a common problem with the 24'. This boat is a great little battle wagon for the money . The 25 cc is a much bigger boat but it to will rocknroll you.
Good luck on your search Last edited by Streamweaver; 11-26-2007 at 06:03 PM. |
