Emails not replyed, phone on answer machine looks like they have bit the dust, anyone else tried to contact them, website seems to be still working

I hope not! I just bought 3 of the S1515 lights 2 weeks ago and had them shipped to me last week. They better last a while!!!

Same here i bought 2 of the S1515 lights and a set of deck lights, the deck lights burnt out after 2 weeks, i emailed them, no reply, i then phoned and the guy there said they knew they had a problem and would ship me out a new set, 2 weeks later nothing and my emails are not being answered.
I am still hoping that they have been very busy, this has been over looked and will recieve an email soon saying they are dealing with it.
But not looking good at the moment.

D1000 Marine deck light, the epoxy inside had melted.

I hope not too. They really took care of me when I had a problem with my lights a couple of years ago. They returned all of my calls within 24 hours and stood by their product 2 years down the road. I hope they aren't yet another company to fall.

Still no reply to my email or call, so it is looking that way, the worrying thing is that the website is still open for orders.

I recieved an email (19th June) from "Diane" telling me "Johan" was out of town for a few weeks, if we sent her card details for shipping she would send us the lights.
Well, we sent the details and still nothing, followed up with email, no reply.
I have just sent one more email asking when we will get our lights.

Ok sent the $78 for shipping, they eventually shipped......... to the wrong address finally got the package, with only one light! so i am now down $78 with only one light to show for it, sent two emails no reply looks like Abyss really dosnt give a **** once they have your money, if you are thinking of buying their lights, i would think again.
