Saw the 48 Gillikin "Kokonutz" for sale. Anybody know much about this boat? Performance etc........ Looks interesting as an intermediate sportfish.

I think it may be time to repower her as 430 hp is underpowered for a 48 foot boat like that. Also, I recall she had alot of hours.

Thanks for all the kind words...it is a great, economical, fish raising machine...and SOLD. New owner took possession last week. Great family, they are headed for some good times. The boat will be renamed "Contagious", and will remain in the Morehead City area. Jerry
