Engines just underwent a COMPLETE teardown and rebuild with warrantee. NEW turbos. New internals. Completely rebuilt capital gears. New Awlgrip paint waterline up with ice blue hull and snow white deck and superstructure. Dk blue and gold boot stripe.
Interior needs to be finished. Deal includes a lot of materials to do this which includes a roll of synthetic teak veneer and a roll of synthetic teak/ holly for the sole of the galley and two heads.

The boat handles perfectly. Its one of the reasons the post has been one of the most popular SF's of its class. 24 c, 28max. 1985 hull

One of the Two WORST riding hulls I've been on in that size class the other being a 40 Pace. Pounds in a head sea and can be SCARY in a following sea. And just because it has a swim platform doesnt make it a 47 it is a 46 Post

I have to dissagree, having owned 4 of these. As far as the 46/47 issue. Post marketed the boat as a 46 OR a 47. Same boat... 46' 9".

I must say that Post is one of the most popular boats in its class... so I'm not the only one who dissagrees with you.

At any rate, what boat do you own? What would you reccommend?
