No Jawz, none of us are interested in boats, only fishing.

Honestly between this tease, flatliner's rodbuilding videos and my Carolina thread I'm going to get nothing done today if it means being away from the computer.
IE8 says this may be a phishing site....Well, DUH!!!!!!... Stupid jerks can't even spell fishing right.

no teasing...just didn't wanna bore you guys with pictures...

boat's inside the shop...went over it really well...deck had a few soft spots in it,i couldn't live with the fuel tank set up-above deck 80g.it's a little rough...christ,it's a 1970

ok...i peeled the glass off the decking and started to pull the deck out of the boat...all the timbers and the ribs on the hull appear to be in great shape-those guys from maine really know how to build a friggin' boat !!

i made a set of spray rails for the bow area-i made a mold, and i've made a few sets of these, for other boats.
i've seen alot of downeast style boats, they have these "rails" on the hull side in the stern area-not sure what they're called i made a set for this...

we're gonna replace the deck, awlgrip the deck,"fair up" the house and hull, and give 'er a little paint on the hull...
    it's a cool old rig,she's a little rough but,she's still very cool !!
