Whats up with the bolt holes outside of the rope deflector on the pot hauler,I can't make it out that well but they look like they might have snapped off?I don't mess with mixing metals on the hauler, backing plate, shives all SS,more money but less problems down the road.I thought one time LONG ago that I would be smart & put SS bolts on my gear, when the tech had to take it apart he snapped most the bolts off what a pain in the ass!Keep pluggin!

Looks like the aluminum backplate for the hauler was machined and when originally made it was done with bolt patterns for the spitter and collector in 4 different positions so you could set it up any of 4 different ways depending on whether its port or starboard, up down whatever, you could get it to work.

    37' lobstah boat

    hey jim,
no worries, i've been locked up tryin to get some people's job's done also. end of the day after sanding or whatever it takes ,you almost dont even feel like working on your own stuff, makes you want to hire out someone to do it for you,but then ,no ,better do it yourself because you want it done right the first time.
funny you got a seacraft also, mine's not a 23' but they're nice boats, mine's an older 20' ,changed over to a cc,was going to sell it but i would'nt give it away ,so i still have it.you've got an awesome rig they're.
can't wait to see the "lobstah boat" up and running, just do some pics when time allows, cause i know a bunch of us on here cant wait to see her!!! good luck and sharp chisels!!
