33 blackfin

I'm doing a little research for a friend I've always liked the 32 BF.What is the difference between it and the 33?The 33 is newer most are mid 90's the 32's mid 80's are they the same hull just updated? What is the overall thoughs on this hull? Any thoughts or experiance would be appriciated.

they are awesome boats. a real good ride. actually, we are working on a 33 exp. today. i was all over the boat yesterday and i was overall impressed!!

33BF

Had a early 90's 33 FB. Great ride with a lot of boat under the water line. The 33 is a bit beamier than the 32 both ride well. It is a deep-v so drifting is something you gotta get used to as far as the roll. the genset is a tight squeeze. There is a spot to sit, on the step over to go in front of the flybridge, that is the tits. It really did ride as good as people talk about in head and following sea. tom

The 33 replace the 32 and has more interior room. The design changes did effect the head sea ride, but not too much, very nice boat.

I have an 89 32 combi for sale if your friend would be interested.

We have owned three blackfins they were all great boats. The best ride in there class of 27 to 38 feet hands down. Good luck

i have a 29......i would love a 33, if only i didnt have so much money and time into mine. it is an awesome boat, wish they still built it. blackfin blows a 31 bertram away..........but they dont build it anymore.
