31 ft "Baha"

Can someone clear this up for me? Is the boat listed on the following link a 31 ft "Baha" or does this guy have a Bertram Bahia Mar and not even know about it? Either way it looks like a nice piece. http://delaware.craigslist.org/boa/1306765541.html
