29 luhrs tournament

My second Luhrs since 1994. Now 38 Open twin Yans.
30K weight boat with 15' Beam and kicks ass up and down the gulf stream.
Some folks are holding the OLD Luhrs rep but not in many years.
Did 43' Vik exp, 35' Carolina Classic, 41 Albemarle Open, 38 Bert Moppie and came back to Luhrs 38 Open. Did not like the 41 Luhrs so steped back to get the 38.
There is NOTHING about either, 1st was a 32' Open 1994, that I would argue from performance and safety. Go anywhere, anytime and fish with anything in the Stream.
Safety is #1 with me...so is Luhrs!

does anyone have one? found one with a set of yanmars in it with really low hours...its an 02 walkaround style...very cheap...estate sale type thing...i was wondering ..how do they ride..drift...how do they compare to some of the other boats in the same catagory?

I love the style of this walkaround and looked at 3 of them from NJ to FL and they were all cheaply built and coming apart. There are much better boats out there in the 27 to 29 range than the Lurs 29 walkaround.
