I feel for you on the bottom stripping. When I bought mine, it had 1/4 inch of bottom paint that had been building for 10 - 12 years. I stripped it to gel coat and barrier coated. The original bottom paint was blue - I looked like a smurf

It got me 2 - 3 kts though so it was well worth it.

I wish I could help - I know that the molds were for sale a few years ago, but they seem to be off the market now.

Here are the pics of the center rigger, mount flag/light post, furthermore i am working on putting a 3w LED white light to be one flood light.

Also we built the leaning post. overall not bad progress.

In a couple weeks we are sending everything out to be anodized. DSC_06010017.JPG

Looks Great!!!!!

Your going to have to find a better mounting system for that top though.....they may get tired in a 6-8 foot sea.

With a hardtop up that high,it will rock the hell out of you in a beam sea.I heve a 2900 wellcraft sportsbridge with the hard top and the hulls are very close to what you have.6' beam seas are not nice!I'm going to replace my hard top with cloth.

She has a 9' beam tunnel drives, yes she will rock but the hard top looks better, and will clean up the look of the boat alot. It is enabling me to get rid of the radar post, give me a spot for all electronics antenna mountings and get the point to put my center rigger, anchor light, and flood lights. Oh yeah and lets not forget less noise then a bimini.

in another couple years the boats going to make its way down to Florida to fish the keys and bahamas.....
