24 Pursuit or 24 Triton Help

I have narrowed my choice of boats down to 2470 Pursuit or 24 Triton. I will be using the boat in and around the Boston harbor islands. Probably 2 men and 2 young boys. Which boat do you feel will handle better,have better ameneties, cockpit room, and resale value. I have never been on either boat . Any advice here would be helpful. Thanks

I have never been on a Pursuit, but they are made by S2 yachts, who also make Tiara. Tiara is a very well built boat. I have seen some Tritons and I don't think they are built nearly as well as the Pusuit. Thats assuming Pursuit is the same quality as Tiara. Just my opinion on quality.

I dont know much about the triton although i looked at the 24 cuddy before i bought the pursuit

I can tell you this resale was amazing on my 26 pursuit (i sold 1 1/2 years ago )
I had bought an 2001 used in 2003 and used it for 4 seasons and sold it for 8k less then i bought it for, not bad in my book...

In all the years i have been reading boats and fishing on the net i do not think i have ever read 1 bad thing about Pursuit in general, it will not take you long the find many negative comments about Triton (and many positve as well), heck even jaws12 likes pursuits and he dont like much

easy choice here ...pursuit...the pursuits are a much better product than the triton,the fit,the finish on that pursuit,nice!!

I don't know about the newer pursuit....but my bro bought an older one build like a brick chit house. Solid boat....lots of glass. He was very satisfied with his rebuild on the old girl
