23 SeaCraft rebuild

We just started rebuilding a 23 SeaCraft with a single 230 Yanmar for a customer, thought I would post some pics. We are pulling the topcap and liner for recore, digging out the wet foam from the stringers and pouring new foam, hinging the console to fold forward on hydraulic rams, completley repainting the whole boat and adding a 2 speed transmision.

We get to do about 6 of these older boats a year, and alot of transoms and decks.

Did you powdercoat the aluminum, or is that new?

do you spray the hull, or roll?

The customer wanted the top powdercoated, we did the top and the windshield frame. We spray most everything, we did roll and tip a 44' concrete sailboat this summer.
