21' privateer roamer II refit

I purchased a 1988 roamer 2 a few months ago, and Im just getting started on a refit. The boat was in pretty good shape but i wanted to strip her down and make it right... I junked the 2 stoker and t top and console first then i removed the deck and fuel tank. The deck was pretty solid but origional with only glass on the topside so it was only a matter of time before it needed replacement. I discovered that that the boat was full of foam so i also removed all of that and uncovered two rotten stringers. I plan to post pics through out this project.

My goal is to refit and make some modifications to the boat. i would like to outfit the boat with an enclosed transome and an armstrong bracket. I plan to use this boat for inshore fishing and I have a tower build for sight casting...

I have a few questions regarding some cloth and resins: What cloth should i consider using for the stringer and deck replacement? and is there a better brand or epoxy and resins that I should consider? I really only have limited experience with West system. But I have looked at other products like system 3 and MAS
