I have a 2004 Johnson motor. It set up for a couple of months. I cranked it up and it ran fine. The next morning I tried to crank it again, it would not start. I cleaned both filters (low and high pressure). Tried to crank again, did not crank. Took the line to the fuel rail loose no fuel. Turned the key on could not hear the fuel pump. Checked the connection, seem good. Took two wires jumped the fuel pump out and it ran. Tried cranking and it fired up. Ran good, no spits or sputters. Cut it off and fired it back up. No problem. Cut it back off and put the motor back together. Tried to crank, no good. Jumped the fuel pump again. Fuel pump ran but would not crank. Any ideas?
