the build quality is among the worst,i've seen-these hulls are common to have voids,a well as stress cracks-granted,stress cracking and voids are a common thing on boats, however, these boats are among the worst,i've ever seen.the materials used, are of the cheapest quality-"materals" being, hardware, and fixtures.access to ship's systems in certain cases,is impossible-example-the fuel and vent hose-on that model,it's just about impossible, without cutting the deck-and at 10yrs old-it's about time for replacement...the electrical systems are just as poorly constructed.
i've seen a few of these boats, with a seperation problem-hull and deck.the hull and deck were actally seperated-due to poor tecniques used to bond the hull and deck-behind the rub rail - in a few cases, there was no caulking in the hull to deck joint...search my posts-you will find a thread,of a fuel tank replacement-on a similar boat-wellcraft coastal-it will show you a few things you may not want to see...
pesonally,i would run, based upon what i have seen...
