1996 Albemarle 305 Refit

So after finishing the 29' Phoenix refit we decided to start another project! We came accross a 305 Albemarle, and seen some potential. Heres what we have in store for you guys and am looking for feedback! And hopefully you guys enjoy this post and hopefully we can get any questions answered here or problems we may run into.

On the Agenda.....
Remove the tower
remove the 3116's (Possibly for sale)
Beef up stringers
Go with larger horsepower motors (Iveco/FPT or Cats)
Rebuild Genset
blast and barrier coat the bottom
Put up a building around the thing....
Prep the Hull for a new paint job (AlexSeal)
Fix soft spot in hard top.
Possibly Paint the outriggers, or replace with new rupps.
Custom Teak Rocket launcher/Leaning post
Custom Teak Table
and much much more because it never stops...

Well one motor was hydro locked, that was pretty much the brunt of the problem....so we just figured why not update her....thats pretty much it.....here are pics of the process!
