Mooring size?

Anyone have a general rule for what size mushroom mooring to use? Seeing conflicting guidelines out there. I have a 22' center console (Edgewater), and I'm not sure if I should go with 100# or 150# setup. Also, any idea of places in MA that sell complete setups? Would prefer to find a used setup ready to go, but not sure how likely that is. Thanks for the help/info.
