Lowrance Stand-up service!

I want to share my experience with Lowrance to SFC and what a stand-up company they are. Recently my LCX104c died for whatever reason and I called the "1-800" number. While it did take 45 minutes to finally speak with a representative there they are replacing the 7 year old machine with a new one for $300! I think that's pretty respectable given the cost of the unit, the age and all of the unknowns possibly invloved and yet for a few hundred dollars, walla! New machine. Granted, I'm out $300 but I don't know if the others out there would do the same. So hats off to Lowrance for standing up and sticking by their product.

Me Too....

I can also relate to this. Lowrance replaced my unit with an upgraded unit a few years back. I had returned it twice to be repaired. The second time it was way out of warranty. I asked about a upgraded unit I was looking at. For about $300.00 I got a brand new unit. Also as he said, when you call be prepaired to be put on hold for about 30 min.
