LOWRANCE HDS7 & HDS5 INSTALLED

i finally sold my garmin 545 & picked-up my hds5. my new electronics consist of the hds5 w/nautic insight, hds7, nep-1 network interface, lgc-4000 external ant, lwx-1 sirius ant, suzuki interface cable, airmar thru-hull transducer. everything is installed & works great except i am waiting to update my units for the weather to work. the displays are very bright, even in direct sunlight. the units are very user friendly & blow away the garmin. i will post some pics & more info after the update.

got both units updated & now everything works great. the sirius weather is so much better than the xm. the redraw rate on the chartplotter is super smooth and quick. will be fishing hopefully a few days between fri & the end of next week, will post again as to how they performed.

Thanks for the update. I am interested in seeing some pictures and hearing your opinion on the HDS. Especially the sounder. Standing by for your review.
