Dennis, I have an older 182C GPS that I sent back for repair at a cost of 175 bucks. I've had this unit since they came out with the model. I'ts used as a back up now but never had a problem with it till this year.
I've also sent my new hand held unit back for not locating sats and they sent me a new one. I e-mailed customer service with my problem and they responded very quickly, best bet is to call or e-mail them. |
