Class notices have been sent and by now most class members should have already have received theirs in the mail. For additional information on the lawsuit related to Caterpillar 3176B, 3176C, 3196, C-12, and C12 marine engines equipped with aftercooler core part numbers 138-2571, 161-9898, 210-5631, and 216-5147, visit: http://www.catdefect.com-a.googlepages.com/home The class representative reports that he is being flooded with phone calls from interested class members.
