what are you kiddin?

Everyone in Cape May knows me for that reason alone. Even **** Weber knows who i am. They do good work, and have a lot of good people there but, wrigley is a strange one to do business with sometimes. Its his way or the highway. Only hes a punk and a bully in real life. They took me to court in Cape May Courthouse. It was Mike Weber, Dave Wrigley, and a goofy looking lawyer. They tried everything to get me to settle the case with them. Arbitration lawyers had me in another room telling me to settle this or i would lose. We went to trial that afternoon. It took about one hour. I won the entire case. the judges comments at the end were comparing what they did to a roofer going up on a persons house, ripping off shingles and saying your roof leaks. Wrigley was so mad he slammed the court room door open in such a manner i thought the judge was going to order him back in the court room. If you are from Cape May and you never heard of this case, you arent around much. Dont think they didnt brag going into trial, and dont think i didnt boast coming out of trial. [ My boat isnt called HUBRIS for nothing] I knew it would come to that someday and saved every bit of paper trail and evidence for that day. then i waited for them to come and sue me. cant be too anxious when fighting a good fight. If you have the facts on your side dont be afraid to stand up to wrigley. he only has two speeds........forward and stop. good luck.

Hubris-you waving to any guy , would get that person " Annoyed " ! HA! ha! Come on we all know " Slick **** Weber " , say what you want about the man . But he did put Cape May .NJ on the map with his Tournament's - especially the MA500 ! Everybody complans about Weber increasing the price of fuel ,during his tournaments , but we all still sign - up every year ? Cardinal Joe

joe, where ya been,

Cape May was there long before Weber, and it will be there long after hes gone. Organizing a fishing tournament doesnt make you a hero in my book.

Wow lots of issues! Dave can be a knowlegeable mechanic, since riverside, but yes he does have personality issues.****ie well! We used to call him god at the earlly captains meetings about 20 plus years ago.Im sorry GOD concerning ****ie. He started out as a school teacher with a little gas engine charter boat. If you got the best of him count your blessings because he hates to lose.I think him and rush limbaugh have about the same personality. Hes a legend in his own mind.
