Who made this Trolling Lure?

I had a friend give me a bag of lures and I was wondering if anyone knew the manufacturer of this lure?

I drilled out the back a little bigger, it did not come like this:

it looks like several different makes, but in all honesty....that could be made by one of a hundred different lure makers. Looks a lot like a Polu Kai Rocketman to me though.
