where to find certain type of drag scale?

There is a drag scale that I have seen Peter Pakula use as well as seeing in older catalogues, they are handheld and come in red and blue (depending on range) with a large dial, what makes them unique is that the drag can be checked just up from the reel, (line goes between three "posts") not the terminal end as most scales require, anyone know where they can be bought?

I also saw the clip on you tube where a chap used a little red drag scale ive been on cpt harrys site. looks as if you can only buy them by going into the store its a long way for me i live in england does any know where else i might get one posted to the uk tightlines Alain
