Haven't posted any builds for awhile, Hows everybody doing.

This is the latest project,Handles are still being worked on since the tournament's still going.. Pics are not the best, hope you like it..

This rod is being built for Channel cats, or whatever is hungry at the time. LOL.

Under-wraps are *A- Metallic / HT 9326 candy Apple.
Center 3 turn inlay-HT 9003 pearl/ 9001 Black/ 9326 Candy Apple.
Over-wraps of *D 9001 Black with, 9326 Candy Apple, 9003 Pearl inlays.
Custom tiger-wrap.
*A 9001 Black and 9326 Candy Apple- bottom run.
Triple Flex-Coated
*A 9001 Black top thread and 1 pull thread removed.

Alps CentraLoc seat. TiCh/Gold, #18
14" EVA Rear handle
8" EVA Fore grip
all UL & Cardinal decals will be under triple coats finish.
Custom Alum fighting butt cap- Polished Alum/brass.

This is whats going on the bottom of the handles, In White.

#1___2009 on the forgrip...BIG EAST CHAMPIONS. On the rear handle.

Then Its going back into the bag until the season is over , just in case they Go ALL The WAY!!!


Then I'll have ..2009 NCAA Champions, on the top side of the rear handle... and finish with a couple more coats of finish.

Awesome job, like the school stickers and name in the different spots. I'm a big time Florida Gators football fan and have been thinking about building a rod in orange and blue and using the stickers that Mudhole has made available.

Thanks man, Them sticker ain't nothing compared to what you can get from a outlet the sells gator stuff, I went to a decal cutter for lettering business cars/trucks and signs and had him to make all the lettering. you'll be surprized of all the stuff them guys can cut out..

Cool thanks for the heads up. Didn't even think about a decal shop, got 3 within about 25 minutes of the house. When I figure out what type of rod I want to make I'll have to get some measurements and see what they can do for me. Sucks a buddy that I went to high school with, his uncle used to own a shop that did all kinds of graphics, sadly he closed down the shop when a new guy opened not to far away from him and started drastically undercutting his prices.
