Two-pronged Treble Hooks

I'm actually considering trying to use the smaller sized double hooks in place of a treble on stick baits, so overall I'd be gaining a safer set up. I'm just not sure if it would run right or stick as well. Only one way to find out I guess....

it wouldnt be bad.. you would be able to work with it.. but do a few tests on the stick baits and please place your finding up here.. i would love ot know!!

Have you found that the stickbaits run well with singles? I tried them a while back and couldn't get them to swim right.

Shoe: the double is the way to go we use them on most of our smaller trailer lures. Trick **** If you are attaching them to a swivel, invest in some shrink wrap tubing ( size that will fit over the eye of the hook and to the barrel of the swivel aproximately 1 1/2 long and shrink it up . It prevents the barrel loop under pressure from sliding down the hook and potentially losing the fish.
