    trevalla repair

Hey guys quick question here i have a travella jigging rod 80-200 xxh.

Sunday i was setting the drag on my reel and the line slipped out of my hand and the tip of the rod slammed into a 2''x4'' needless to say the tip guide took the brunt of the force. it knocked the ring out of the guide and warped the top most guide.

heres the deal i had just gotten this one back from the dealer after it was broken at the tip!!! (this happend while fishing. and they replaced it with new! great service!!) is it possable to remove the old tip guide and replace it with a new one?

The next bite on a jig.
Just heat it up and pull it off. Use as little heat as possible with a small cig lighter flame.

Use some hot melt glue or expoxy to stick on a new one.
