t-top rod leashes

just recently, i was running with a full t top of rods and hit a wake and almost lost one outfit but it was caught miracuously by the other rods somehow. I was wondering if anyone makes some kind of retractable or coil lanyard thing that velcros onto your rod or something? or i was thinking of modifying plier lanyards to work.

Run a bungi with hooks on either end from one side of the t-top to the other. Run it through the gap between the line and the reel/rod, depending on how many you have.

Unhook once you get to where the fish are.

This is what i use , you could probally fashion some pretty easy with some bungee cord, Pig Rings,pig pliers and finish off with shrink wrap.................

Contact your builder of boat and ask what size rod and reel are preferable in the T-top holders.
