I have been wearing the Copper lense Keanons when fishing. They are UNREAL!! A lot less BLUE (Costa Del Crap) lenses around Los Suenos these days. Keanon has started taking over down here. Great Glasses.

I've noticed something about the Kaenon lenses though...they are starting to show wear marks on the lenses from me cleaning them every time I get salt spray on them. I emailed Kaenon about it and asked if I could get the lenses replaced when it got bad enough, but they did not respond. Since the style I like got discontinued (the BASIS), buying another pair like it is not an option.....
so hopefully someone from Kaenon reads this and gets in contact with me![]()
I love my gray Ocean Waves, they are good for all light and help you look right into the water. For skiing I like amber on all but the flattest light days, then I like a rose tint.
I agree...Before Oakley bought REVOs you could call them up tell them the problem and for a $10 processing fee, they'd ship you new ones (not anymore..after two emails explaining that one of my arms fell off, they stopped talking to me)
can't get anything outta Kaenon yet...maybe I'll email them a link to this forum and tell understand then
I have good things to say about the Kaenon copper lens too. Everyone around Destin seems to wear either green or blue lens including my husband but not me, I like my copper and amber in-, on- & off- shore. The clarity and lightweight kaenon frames = awesome. I put a chums retainer (??) on them and I'm set all day.
The customer service thing above has me a little concerned - I hope they answer you!

Please send me a PM with your contact info and maybe a pic of the glasses. I will talk to my Kaenon guy and see what he says.
That is pretty cool vs. our conversation a year or so ago.
I know it is not always easy to do but please rinse with freshwater prior to cleaning the lenses, it will eliminate the swirl marks from wiping salt particles across the lens for sure. Kaenon rocks!!
