Star rods

Anyone familiar with Star trolling rods, I just picked up a matching set of(5) rods. they are 40-80 lb class and 5'9" with a short but w/gimbal . Just wondering if they are decent rods or not, I bought them for the reels that were on them. Thanks, bradc

No, they suck. I recommend that you send them to me right away and I will dispose of them properly.

Just kidding. For the money, they are very good...I have caught 3 world records on Star rods.
