    Spheros 14000 advice

I am looking to buy 4 Spheros 14000 reels on the new Shimano trevala F series rods for my charter buisness in Roatan Honduras. I want the reels to be used for deep deep deep vertical jigging and general purpose, schoolie dolphin etc.

Since i am buying 4 I can not afford Saragosa's much less Stellas. I think the Spheros can get the job done. I think mabey i should upgrade the drag to the Carbonex or Carbontex. Mabey upgrade the handles, the Stella handles at $50 are probably not worth it. Are there other options. Is the drag upgrade necessary? Reccommended?

I was going to spool with 65lb Tuff Line XP. Do you spool the braid directly onto the spool or do you use a mono backing. I should use a mono topshot but how long? 50 yards? How big of topshot? Reccommonded mono size? or Florocarbon?

It is hard for me to get tackle down here so I want to make sure I am buying the right thing. Thanks in advance.

im sure they will be great! proven winners form many years ago. the handle upgrades are nice but not necessary especially for customers.
however the drags benefit greatly from the carbontex upgrade. you wont need to baby the drags as much after installing the new carbon drag discs. your customers will benefit from smooth drags and that will keep you busy!
    just my opinions..
