    SC shimano triton trolling 50w

    Shimano Triton Trolling 50w

I could use a little help here.

Bought a reel from a friend and when i took it in for service, I was talking to the reel tech. and he said that the reel needs these two parts.

Shimano said these parts are no longer available, but I was seeing if anyone knew where to obtain these:

    tt-46 titanium drag washer
    tt-48 pressure plate

of course I realize these are two very important parts, but any leads would be helpful. thanks.

I've never seen the pressure plate go south in that model. That was a common issue on the old beast masters as they were plastic and fairly soft. The oposite side components would actually "impress" on that plate. I didn't think that it could happen to the tt50w (I have nine of em). The shop I go to has substituted other washers for that one you mentioned.
Don't have their number off hand but its Lott Brothers in North Palm Beach. Damn good reel men. They had pressure plates for those beastmasters as recently as a year ago so they may have what you seek.
I usually bust mine open, scrape or clean the components and slap em back together. A couple of them are over twenty years old and still work fine. There is one that I'm worried about that has the bearing under the handle going and thats a piece I cant find.

Google up Alan Tani. He may have the parts or may be able to make the washer out of Penn HT-100 material.

Smoothdrag dot com may have the washer, too. they had them for all of my TLD's.
