Shimano Reel Repair near Lufkin ,Texas

We have someone looking for some info on shimano calcutta reel repairs and costs near Lufkin ,Texas

Here is the message that we received.

have 2 calcutta 250 Salt Water Reels that need reparing and there is'nt a place local I can send them. Can you tell me if ther is a place near Lufkin ,Texas I can send them too, and what will the cost be to repair them. Caught too many speckle Trout and Red fish on them.

Believe they do repairs as well - they're in Dallas so I don't know whether they're anywhere near Lufkin. If your customer doesn't have a local shop (southwestern should be able to locate one for him since they're the major parts supplier to most shops in Texas if I'm not mistaken...) another alternative is to send his reels directly to Shimano for the repairs. I've heard lots of good things about their customer service over the years. Since I'm in Florida most of this is second hand. Good luck.
